About us
Food Essentials is a non-profit organization that's dedicated to nourishing our community. Since 2016, we've worked tirelessly in Detroit, Highland Park, and Inkster, Michigan to ensure that refrigerators for seniors and disabled individuals are replenished. We also partner with organizations like Intergenerational Connect and SkillSet Construction and Landscaping to improve living conditions and enhance the well-being of those we serve. Together, we strive to build connections across generations by creating a resilient community where everyone can thrive.
